Cascade Group’s future plans include an EUR 750M investment in a mixed-use project realized in partnership with developer Avrig 35 in South-Eastern Bucharest.

The project will consist in a shopping mall, apartments and office buildings developed on 30 ha located on Theodor Pallady Boulevard, close to the highway to Constanta. With an excellent positioning and infrastructure, the investment will be well served by all public transport means upon completion, also offering easy access by car.

Construction works will start in the third quarter of 2008 and will be developed along three stages of execution.
