TOWER is currently under development in North-Central Bucharest, being the first Green building in

Indoor comfort and productivity of the tenants’ employees will be enhanced by creating work areas which maximise exposure to natural light and offer sweeping views over the city. Also, sophisticated lighting, heating and cooling systems will be controlled by tenants according to their needs and preferences. This makes energy savings possible of up to 30% as compared to a standard A-class building.

TOWER is designed by leading architect Dorin Stefan supported by Chapman Taylor architects (UK) while Bovis Lend Lease International (UK) is appointed Project Manager. Other consultants include: WSP Group (UK) for the engineering technology, PriceWaterhouseCoopers for fiscal and administrative aspects and NNKDP for legal consulting.
