Euro Tower


EURO TOWER is currently under development in North-Central Bucharest, being the first Green building in Bucharest.

Strategically located at the junction of Barbu Vacarescu Street and Lacul Tei Boulevard, Euro Tower is steps away from the Metro, tram and bus, offering easy access by car from all directions. The A-class development is five minutes drive from Victoriei Square and within easy reach from the Otopeni airport due to the future connection to the highway Bucharest-Brasov which will connect into Barbu Vacarescu street.

 

 

Designed as a landmark building, Euro Tower will provide approx. 18,000sqm of A-class office space arranged over 18 above ground levels covering between 800 to 1,100 sqm floor plates per level. 180 parking places will be created over five underground levels as well as 300 public outdoor parking units.

 

 

Following the requirements of the international Green Building certification system, Euro Tower will have rooftops covered with trees and a large green area on the ground floor which will be open to the general public. Besides leisure purposes, the green areas will reduce heat absorption, encouraging resource savings.

 

 

Moreover, Euro Tower offices will encourage the use of bicycles by individual employees, by providing bicycle racks to the building’s occupants.

Indoor comfort and productivity of the tenants’ employees will be enhanced by creating work areas which maximise exposure to natural light and offer sweeping views over the city. Also, sophisticated lighting, heating and cooling systems will be controlled by tenants according to their needs and preferences. This makes energy savings possible of up to 30% as compared to a standard A-class building.

DEVELOPMENT TEAM
CASCADE GROUP has appointed international professionals to manage the delivery of this A-class office building on the market.
EURO TOWER is designed by leading architect Dorin Stefan supported by Chapman Taylor architects (UK) while Bovis Lend Lease International (UK) is appointed Project Manager. Other consultants include: WSP Group (UK) for the engineering technology, PriceWaterhouseCoopers for fiscal and administrative aspects and NNKDP for legal consulting.
